Responsible use
Gambling is an adult activity with real financial risk. It is entertainment that costs money over time — not a way to earn it. This page explains the controls available and where to get help.

Age restriction
Gambling is restricted to adults — 18 or over in most jurisdictions, and higher in some. This website is not intended for anyone below the legal age where they live, and we do not market to minors.
The house edge is not negotiable
Every market carries an operator margin. Over time, that margin means the expected outcome for a customer is a loss. No system, staking plan, tipster or guide changes this. Treat any amount you stake as money you have already spent.
Controls worth using immediately
- Deposit limits — set one before your first deposit. Increases normally carry a cooling-off delay by design.
- Session reminders — a periodic prompt showing how long you have played.
- Time-out — a short break, typically 24 hours to several weeks.
- Self-exclusion — a longer binding block that cannot be lifted early.
- Remove saved payment details — friction is protective.
Warning signs
- Betting with money needed for bills, rent, food or debts.
- Increasing stakes to chase back a loss.
- Hiding the activity from people close to you.
- Betting to change how you feel rather than for entertainment.
- Borrowing money to fund a deposit.
If any of these apply, stop now and use a time-out or self-exclusion. Our article on recognising gambling-related harm early goes into more detail.
